Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only for bookings canceled before dispatch of the shipment.

  • 100% refund if canceled more than 12 hours before dispatch time.

  • 80% refund if canceled within 1 minute to 12 hours before dispatch time.

  • No refund will be provided for:

    • No-Show bookings

    • Shipments already dispatched

    • Cancellations made after cutoff time

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method or as per company process.

  • Wallet balances (if applicable) cannot be refunded.

  • In case of service cancellation by Vande Mataram Cargo due to operational issues, customers may choose between:

    • Full refund, or

    • Rescheduling on the next available service
