Additional Information

  • Use your Consignment Number / LR Number for all communication with Vande Mataram Cargo. This number serves as confirmation of your booking and shipment status.

  • Carry a copy (digital or printed) of your booking receipt / LR receipt and present it at the counter during parcel submission or pickup.

  • A valid photo identification is required as proof of identity while submitting or collecting your goods.

By using the online booking or inquiry facility on our website or digital platforms, the customer grants consent to allow us to contact them via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or phone.
Customer details are never shared with third parties as per our Privacy Policy.


Acceptance of Terms

By using our cargo services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.


Booking, Dispatch & Delivery

  1. Customers must ensure all shipment details provided are accurate.

  2. Goods will be accepted only after verification and proper packaging.

  3. Delivery timelines depend on route, load availability, road conditions, and operational factors.

  4. Vande Mataram Cargo reserves the right to refuse consignments that are unsafe, improperly packed, or prohibited by law.


Reporting & Timings

  • Customers must report at the cargo counter at least 15 minutes before the scheduled dispatch of goods.

  • If goods are not submitted on time, they may be treated as NO-SHOW and may be dispatched later or canceled without refund.

  • Customers under the influence of alcohol, misconducting, or creating safety concerns may be denied service.


Photo Identification

At the time of parcel submission or delivery, customers must present:

  • A valid LR receipt or booking confirmation

  • A government-issued photo ID

Failure to present valid documents may result in denial of service.


Baggage / Cargo Policy

Customers are not allowed to send any items prohibited under Indian law, including but not limited to:

  • Weapons, inflammables, explosives

  • Firearms, ammunition

  • Drugs, narcotics, smuggled goods

  • Liquor (unless legally permitted)

  • Hazardous materials

Weight & Handling

  • Maximum weight allowed per parcel is subject to operational feasibility.

  • Excess weight or oversized shipments may be charged as per Vande Mataram Cargo policy.

  • We are not responsible for damage or loss caused due to:

    • Poor packaging

    • Natural wear and tear

    • Perishable items

    • Electronic items not declared

Customers are strongly advised to remove valuables such as cash, jewelry, electronics, or fragile items unless properly declared and packed.
If the customer chooses to send such valuables, it is entirely at their own risk.


Delay of Service

Vande Mataram Cargo may delay or reschedule services without prior notice due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Traffic issues

  • Accidents

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational breakdowns

  • Strikes or regional disturbances

If a delay exceeds the acceptable time frame, we may:

  • Reschedule the shipment to the next available service at no extra charge, OR

  • Provide a refund of the cargo booking amount

Refund or reschedule must be requested before dispatch; otherwise, the booking will be treated as NO-SHOW.

Important Notes:

  • Partial cancellations are not allowed.

  • Cancellation may be done only through the official cancellation process (online or at authorized counters).

  • Policy is subject to change without prior notice.

  • No arguments or disputes will be entertained after final decision.

Vande Mataram Cargo may cancel a service due to unavoidable circumstances. In that case, we may:

  • Reschedule to the next available service without extra charge, OR

  • Provide a full refund of the booking amount

No further liability will be accepted.


Breakdowns / Disruptions

In case of vehicle breakdown:

  • Refund may be issued on a pro-rata basis depending on distance covered.

  • No alternate travel or cargo arrangements will be provided.

  • We are not responsible for failure of cooling, lighting, or other auxiliary equipment.


Prohibited Items

Pets, live animals, and perishable food items (unless properly packed and declared) are not allowed.


SMS, WhatsApp & Call Consent

By booking with us, the customer agrees to receive:

  • Booking details

  • Delivery notifications

  • Shipment updates

  • Service-related communication

via SMS, WhatsApp, and phone calls.


Wallet Policy (If Applicable)

  • Customers may use up to 10% of wallet balance or full balance (whichever is lower) per booking.

  • After successful delivery, customers may receive 5% cashback to their wallet.

  • If a ticket or cargo booking is canceled, wallet balance will not be refunded.
